As a combination of both ancient and modern features, harmonious natural scenery, friendly people, Vietnam has always been a tourist attraction that attracts attention a lot of India people in recent years. India citizens are required to have a visa to enter Vietnam. So how do India people apply visas to Vietnam? What is the procedure and price of Vietnam visa for India people? How to apply Vietnam visa most effectively?
Currently, India people who come to Vietnam for any purpose (tourism, business, study, etc.) must apply for a visa. Without a visa, you will not be allowed to enter Vietnam. However, there are exceptions.
According to a decree issued by the Vietnamese Prime Minister in 2015, citizens of all countries in the world entered Phu Quoc Island (without transiting at any other domestic airports in Vietnam), only staying on this island (without going to any other areas of Vietnam), for less than 30 days, will be exempt from visa.
Thus, if you plan to travel only to Phu Quoc Island (with a direct flight from any country to Phu Quoc), you can be exempted from visa for up to 30 days. However, if you plan to explore anywhere else in Vietnam, you need to get a visa.
Currently, there are two offices which you can apply Vietnam visa at:
