– Father, mother, wife, husband, children of a person who has a temporary resident card or of a Vietnamese. This case will be considered for granting temporary resident card type “relative”.

– Investors are investing in Vietnam with required capital in accordance with the current law. This case will be considered for granting temporary resident card type “investment”.

4/ Required documents to apply for a Vietnam temporary resident card for Mexican citizens

Mexican nationals, when applying for a Vietnam temporary resident card, need to prepare the following documents:

  • The written request for temporary resident card (Form NA6 for agencies or organizations; NA7 for individuals)
  • Information form for temporary resident card with 3cm x 4cm photo (Form NA8)
  • Copy of valid passport and visa (bring the original for comparison);
