The immigration department of Vietnam agreed with the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday schedule proposed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Accordingly, workers and employees will be entitled to 9 days off, from 14th To February 22th (from December 28th to January 7th, lunar calendar).
During this time, Vietnamese embassies and consulates abroad, the Immigration Department will not work. Visa applications will not be accepted during this time:
