Promulgation d’un décret sur la délivrance des visas électroniques

Le Gouvernement vietnamien a promulgué le décret No17/2019/ND-CP modifiant la liste des pays dont leurs citoyens bénéficient d’un programme expérimental de délivrance des visas électroniques (e-visa) et celle des points de passage aux frontières autorisant l’application de ce type de visa.

En vertu du décret No 7/2017/ND-CP rendu public le 25 janvier 2017, les citoyens de 40 pays ont bénéficié de ce programme.

Le nouveau décret No17/2019/ND-CP complétant plusieurs articles du décret No 7/2017 /ND-CP stipule que les citoyens de 35 pays sont bénéficiaires de ce programme : Autriche, Islande, Belgique, Portugal, Bosnie-Herzégovine et Herzégovine, Brésil, Qatar, Andorre, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Croatie, Estonie, Fidji, Géorgie, Lettonie, Lituanie, Malte, Macédoine, Micronésie, Mexique, Moldavie, Monténégro, Nauru, Palau, Papouasie Nouvelle Guinée, îles Marshall, îles Salomon, Saint-Marin, Chypre, Suisse, Chine (applicable aux détenteurs d’un passeport de Hong Kong et Macao et inapplicable aux détenteurs d’un passeport électronique de Chine), Vanuatu, Samoa occidentales, Serbie et Slovénie.

L’e-visa est appliqué aux portes frontalières internationales de Tây Trang à Diên Biên, de Na Meo à Thanh Hoa, de La Lay à Quang Tri, et aussi aux ports maritimes de Duong Dông à Kiên Giang et de Chân Mây à Thua Thiên-Huê.

Le nouveau décret entre en vigueur dans deux ans à compter du 1er février.
